  • HELP PREPARE YOUR HOME FOR SALE - Once we view your home, we can give you advice on getting your home ready to market, as well as strategies on staging your home to get the best results. 

  • MARKET YOUR PROPERTY -  An effective Market Plan for your home will be put together which includes the latest technology. We are members of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and not only will your home be put in a database for cooperation with many other local REALTORS, it also includes several other websites such as, Trulia, and Zillow.  In addition, we hire professionals to take photos, droning, and video editing to utilize on all of our social media platforms to expand marketing and advertising efforts.  

  • SET UP SHOWINGS/PRE-SCREEN BUYERS - Security is important when Selling your home.  As your REALTOR, we pre-screen our Buyers and accompany qualified prospects through your home.  Our electronic lock boxes keep track of which Agents are entering your home.  In addition we use a reputable showing service which schedules all appointments and can be set up to your specific needs for showings.  

  • NEGOTIATE - As your REALTOR, you can rely on us to have your best interests.  Buyer's typically have a Buyer's Agent representing their best interest.  You can feel comfortable letting us take the lead in negotiations and we will work hand in hand with you to get the best outcome and return in your investment.  

  • CLOSING - Once an offer has been accepted, important deadlines must be met by both Seller and Buyers. Inspections, Surveys, Appraisals, and Title Commitments sometimes require renegotiations in the contract due to unforeseen circumstances.  We will work to immediately resolve any issues during the transaction through closing.
